Alex KoorsAlex Koors graduated from Indianapolis Cathedral High School in 2007 where he participated in both basketball and football. He graduated with high honors and was a member, and captain, of the 2006 Cathedral High School State Championship Football Team. He chose to further his education, and football career, at DePauw University in Greencastle, IN. Upon the completion of his record setting collegiate career, Alex devoted the next three months preparing for the National Football League. He began training with some of the best college football athletes in the country in preparation for his Pro Days. While the NFL Lockout significantly hindered his chances to continue to pursue his dream, it remained a very unique experience and a great opportunity for him to learn more about his field of interest: Exercise Science.

After graduation from DePauw in 2011, Alex began working with Matt Dugan. Prior to working with Matt, Alex had trained with him for all four years of his collegiate career. Alex accredits Matt for his growth and development as an athlete. Matt's training philosophies and techniques were specifically tailored to fit his needs. Matt's training was integral part to Alex's success.

Alex is currently in the process of attaining his NASM-CPT certification. Alex hopes to utilize his athletic and educational experiences, as well as his prior training experiences, in order to help turn today's athletes into tomorrow's champions.
